Union Village home construction had a strong start to 2026 with 13 new homes being built by four different homebuilders. Just a 30-minute commute from Cincinnati or Dayton, Ohio, the tree-lined streets of Union Village include a variety of homes just steps from parks, playgrounds, outdoor concerts and a swimming pool that will open in 2026. Union Village is also home to Troni’s Italian Bistro and future places to eat, shop and enjoy Simply Living.
Homebuilding Underway at Bailey Square
Embedded in the heart of our village, Bailey Square features a historic bell, cast in Cincinnati in 1849. The bell—as well as the park’s name—retains pieces of history from the Shaker community that once occupied the land. Around the park’s perimeter, several new homes are going up.
Berkey Custom Homes is building The Copper Leaf, a custom house plan built especially to order. Next door, Generations is starting on a new version of The Mulberry which will be listed for sale. Directly across the tree-lined path, Drees Homes has sold The Arden, which is under construction. And just to the south, Drees is also building The Glasserton.

New Additions to Anderson Street
Five new homes are under construction along Anderson Street at Union Village Ohio. Drees is building The Cardiff at the intersection of Allen Street, where future residents will enjoy views of Anderson Fountain Park and a short stroll to the swimming pool. Generations will also complete The Mulberry at this corner by Spring 2026.
This summer, JNB Custom Homes will fulfill a built-to-order home on Anderson Street. Next door, Drees is building The Cardiff and that home will be finished this spring.
Pond Views and Stunning Strolls
At the edge of our village’s first phase, Drees is building two versions of The Glasserton, a one-story house plan. From these front porches, future villagers will watch the sun rise over the pond.
Just a short stroll away, Drees is also building The Arden and The Ardwell which share an alley. Like all Union Village homes, garages are located in the rear of each home. This lends to a more pedestrian-friendly neighborhood design. The existing neighborhood contains a one-mile walking path. Additionally, the Union Village Trail, a one-mile paved path expected to open in 2026, will provide easy access to fields and facilities at the Warren County Sports Park and Armco Park.
