Designed by Town Planner Mike Watkins LLC, and founded on the design principles of places like Mariemont, Hyde Park, Oakwood and other great southwestern Ohio towns, Union Village is a master planned community made up of an assemblage of neighborhoods and hamlets that radiate from a central town square, each arranged around a smaller neighborhood green or civic space.
Tree lined streets bordered by sidewalks define the parks and residences throughout the Village. These sidewalks connect the homes to the Village Green and neighborhood civic spaces found throughout the development. A greenway system of paths, meadows and woodlands parks comprised of almost 200 acres weaves between the neighborhoods creating an incredible variety of walking experiences. The plan also connects to Armco Park and its beautiful recreational lake. The property borders on the north with the Warren County Sports Park made up of soccer and baseball fields.
