Union Village is located in the heart of Warren County, Ohio. Our brand-new streets and addresses may not be found on Google Maps right away. If that’s the case, set your GPS destination to Union Village Realty, 3855 Lower Market Street, Lebanon OH 45036. This is approximately a 35-minute drive from Cincinnati and 30-minute drive from Dayton. The Dayton International Airport and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport are both within an hour’s drive.

Enjoy our tree-lined streets as you encounter historical markers, incredible traditional architecture and other sights and sounds. Nearby, Warren County Armco Park offers fishing, kayaking, golf and much more. Cyclists and runners are fond of the 78-mile Little Miami Scenic Trail.

Kings Island offers some of the world’s best amusement rides, including more than nine miles of roller coasters, award-winning Planet Snoopy for kids and a water park with 36 slides.
Great Wolf Lodge is a popular play to stay or spend the day with an expansive indoor water park and other family-friendly attractions.
Miami Valley Gaming is a great place to watch live harness racing as well as simulcast. The racino also has 1,800 gaming machines. live music and four restaurants.
