Rick and Laura Clemens started RM Clemens Company in 1987 building custom homes in the Dayton area with their main focus on Beavercreek and Bellbrook. The family owned business has since expanded to include their children. Their sons Nathan and Chad are currently the Project Managers for all Dayton home builds while their son Luke is the Project Manager of the company’s newest venture in Columbus. 

The first time RM Clemens Company was featured in the Dayton Homearama, they won four awards of excellence including Best Overall Home which is what the team strives for with every build. Building a home with RM Clemens Company will be a unique and personalized experience with a one-on-one selection period with the Operations Manager whom you will be in close contact with throughout the build, as well as your Project Manager. In fact, all points of contact throughout your building experience will be with family members of the company, ensuring premier customer service and a promise to deliver top quality craftsmanship. 

We are excited for the opportunity to be a part of Union Village and the new, unique community it will bring to the Dayton area.
