21 New Homes Underway at Union Village Ohio

As 2026 nears an end, our work building a village has not slowed down. Homesites in Phase 2A at Union Village Ohio are 90 percent sold. Throughout the neighborhood, 21 new homes are under construction or soon breaking ground with Generations Construction, JNB Custom Homes, Berkey Custom Homes and Drees Homes.

Meanwhile, finishing touches are underway for the neighborhood swimming pool and pavilion, a new "third place" for villagers to meet. The award-winning Union Village Master Plan calls for pocket parks, shopping, dining and other destinations within a 10-minute walk from each front porch.

While many daily needs will be reachable on foot, Union Village is also just a 30-minute commute from Cincinnati or Dayton, Ohio making it easy for residents to access outstanding workplaces and world-class attractions.

New Construction Offers Inventory for Homebuyers

Six of the new homes under construction at Union Village are currently available for sale.

Situated at Bailey Square in the heart of our village, The Mariemont is a charming, one-story home with four bedrooms and three baths. The home’s front porch overlooks a park that honors the site’s unique Shaker history. Imagine the historic bell calling children in for meals long before text messages were conceived.

Inside, soaring 10-foot ceilings and an open, light-filled floor plan create a comfortable atmosphere for Simply Living. The primary suite is located on the main floor, with two bedrooms, one bath and a recreation room in the lower level. The home’s rear patio provides a private oasis for future villagers. The Mariemont is brand new house plan for Union Village and it is expected to be completed in 2027 by JNB Custom Homes.

Just a short stroll along tree-lined Bailey Street, Generations Construction is also building a one-story home that offers a covered, private patio in the rear. The Mulberry has three bedrooms, two baths and an office all on the first floor. An unfinished basement provides opportunity for future expansion. The home’s façade is graced by a spacious front porch characteristic of the neighborhood. Generations is expected to break ground on The Mulberry soon, providing ample opportunity for a buyer to customize the home to their preferences.

Drees Homes is building four homes that are currently listed for sale at Union Village. The Glasserton on Anderson Street is a one-story home with a secluded primary suite, two additional bedrooms and an office that could also be a bedroom. Three of the available new builds by Drees are located on Bailey Street. There are two versions of The Alloway, one situated at Bailey Square and the other just beyond the square. The Alloway is two-story home with a comfortable covered front porch and quiet covered outdoor living area off the kitchen. Drees is also constructing The Ardwell, a thoughtfully designed one-story home with spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces.
