Union Village Breaks Ground on Swimming Pool

Union Village Ohio is buzzing with the sounds of spring and excitement for the Union Village Neighborhood Pool, which is expected to open later this year.

“The much anticipated opening of the pool is something my kids have been most excited for since moving into Union Village!” said Leana B. “They love watching the progress made, and we are looking forward to spending many summer days at the pool with family and neighbors.

The pool is the latest amenity in our charming, walkable neighborhood. Located in the heart of Warren County Ohio, Union Village is built on an award-winning master plan reminiscent of traditional neighborhoods. Union Village Realtor Dave Watkins invited villagers to stop by the office for a slice of pie on “Pi Day,” but the real treat was a peek of the swimming pool currently under construction. Using artificial intelligence, we showed residents what the pool will look like after completion.

Picturing summer days ahead at Union Village

The Union Village Neighborhood Pool is located at the southern terminus of Allen Street. The 2,000 square-foot heated pool will be surrounded by a patio with loungers and umbrellas, the perfect setting for Simply Living on a sunny day. Adjacent to the pool area, a bath house and covered pavilion will provide community space that is usable even beyond the pool season.

After a Delay, Pool Construction is making progress

Snow and extreme weather delayed ground breaking to early March, but Conger Construction is trying to make up for lost time. The swimming pool should be ready by the end of summer 2026 if the weather cooperates. The gated pool will be accessible only to Union Village residents.
