Four Generations of Quality Homebuilding
Generations Constructions was among the first to break ground at Union Village in 2020. Long before that, brothers Jeff and Ken Grisez were building beloved homes. In fact, they are fourth generation homebuilders. Even with that kind of legacy, they don’t take the task lightly.
“Our feeling is that most people don’t get to build in their lifetime and if you’re one of the fortunate people who gets to experience this, we want you to have that as something you’ll remember and enjoy,” Jeff said.

House Plans by Generations Construction at Union Village Ohio
Generations Construction offers three house plans at Union Village. Each home is accented with a spacious front porch characteristic of our charming neighborhood. All homes also have rear-loading, two-car garages.
The Bungalow has been a popular choice and is available with three elevations. This home includes an open floor plan with all bedrooms on one floor. High ceilings and authentic details such as operable shutters are built into each home.
The Ocala is a craftsman style cottage that includes a luxury primary bath and first floor primary bedroom. A spacious loft and two bedrooms are found on the second floor.
The Cavalier is a two-story home with a first-floor primary suite and two additional bedrooms upstairs. Villagers love the rear porch and the ceiling beams found inside this home.
The Next Phase of Homebuilding at Union Village
As construction begins on phase two at Union Village, Generations continues to construct market homes and custom homes. It’s the ideal setting for people who want to build. The new phase adds more than 100 new home sites including some with views of a large pond and access to nearby amenities. A large pool is expected to open in 2026.
At Union Village, homes, townhomes and future apartments lend to a multigenerational neighborhood.
