In The News: Troni’s Italian Bistro Coming to Union Village

Union Village Ohio is adding a restaurant to amenities in walking distance of brand-new homes.

Troni’s Italian Bistro will serve Italian fare and have a full bar in July 2024 at 3855 Lower Market Street. The restaurant will occupy 2,410 square feet and seat more than 60 people in the Center Building at Union Village. Seating for at least 26 people will also be available on the covered patio.

Union Village offers a variety homes in proximity to a town square, where live music, dining and other future amenities are planned. The walkable neighborhood is punctuated by large front porches and pocket parks, all part of an award-winning, new urbanism master plan. The neighborhood is also centrally located for easy commutes to Cincinnati or Dayton, Ohio.

A Family-Owned Business in the Heart of the Village

The Union Village location offers a promising expansion for the Troni family business. For more than 20 years, the Troni family has operated Troni’s Italian Restaurant in Kettering.

“I chose Union Village because I want to be part of a new community where we can grow together,” said Owner Nick Troni. “I’m excited to be the first restaurant at Union Village, where people can enjoy amazing Italian dishes. The menu will include original recipes from Troni’s and my own personal recipes that I have mastered during 20 years working in the food industry.”
