Preview: Six Union Village Homes in the “Parade of Homes”

Many potential homebuyers, real estate professionals and architectural and design enthusiasts are expected to visit Union Village Ohio during the Home Builders Association of Dayton’s Parade of Homes. Six Union Village homes—built by five different homebuilders—will be part of the show, which takes place during the second and third weekends in March.

Union Village offers a variety homes in proximity to a town square, where live music, dining and other future amenities are planned. The walkable neighborhood is punctuated by large front porches and pocket parks, all part of an award-winning, new urbanism master plan. The neighborhood is also centrally located for easy commutes to Cincinnati or Dayton, Ohio.

Parade of Homes attendees will get a glimpse of the Simply Living lifestyle offered at Union Village. Here are the homes that will be part of the show.

First-Floor Living is a Top Feature

As showtime nears, Drees Homes is putting finishing touches inside The Arden. The model home is one of three Parade homes at Union Village offering highly desired first-floor living. The Barnwell, built by Second Story homes and The Bungalow by Generations Construction are also one-story homes.

Parade-goers will go gaga over the upgrades inside The Piedmont by Berkey Custom Homes. The open concept houseplan has been a popular choice that was first unveiled during Homearama: Lifestyle Edition in 2021.
