Builder Breaks Ground on Townhomes

Construction of new townhomes has begun at Union Village Ohio. Charles Simms Development is building the tech-savvy townhomes just steps from Union Village Square, where live music is taking place and future shopping and dining are planned.

The Townes will have Nest WiFi thermostat, two-car garages pre-wired for electric vehicle charging, and more. More information about the townhomes is available through Union Village Realty.

Ten new, single-family homes are under construction or starting soon. Each house plan is unique and is being constructed by a custom homebuilder. The homes are nestled among walkways and parks and include two-story and single-story options.

Residents Celebrate Summer at Union Village Square

Union Village residents and visitors are gathering the fourth Friday of each month for Music on Market Street. At Union Village Square, people enjoy mingling, shopping pop-up vendors, savoring a gourmet cookout and listening to live music. Future events are posted on the Union Village calendar.
