Update: A New Chapter at Union Village
As the weather warms up and the community takes shape, there are more reasons to visit Union Village.
“As our newest residents move in, which is very exciting, this is a new chapter for us,” said Union Village Project Manager Matt Obringer.
A series of musical performances and farmers market events are being planned at Union Village Square, Obringer said. A sunflower field has been planted to provide a photo opportunity.
More than 300 trees, including gingko, birch and maple varieties were planted in the past two years and are thriving. Tree-lined streets provide a pleasant walking experience throughout Union Village.
Meanwhile, Union Village homebuilders have eight homes under construction for Dayton Homearama: Lifestyle Edition. The show is October 1 to 17, 2021. Two model townhomes are being painted and fitted with upgrades such as fireplaces for prospective buyers to see.
Union Village Realty, 3855 Lower Market Street, is open throughout the week and Saturday and Sunday noon to 4 p.m. Private showings are available by calling (513) 409-3190.
