Dave Watkins Joins The Team at Union Village
Dave Watkins has joined the team at Union Village as lead sales associate.
Watkins is a licensed real estate agent in both Ohio and Illinois, where he sold Chicago real estate for 18 years.
“I’m excited to be home in Ohio and help people find their next home here at Union Village,” Watkins said. “I enjoy sharing our story and showing visitors what makes our community unique. I’ve been following new urbanism since the 1980s.”
Union Village is built on new urban planning principles, including efficient land use, a combination of recreation, residential and commercial spaces, walkability, and a clear “sense of place” that builds on the site’s natural characteristics and historical architectural significance.
Watkins is meeting prospective homebuyers at all stages of the process. Union Village Realty is located in the Center Building, 3855 Lower Market Street, Lebanon, Ohio 45036. Watkins is a member of the National Association of Realtors. He worked for Ford Motor Company for 10 years prior to launching his successful career in real estate. He earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Cincinnati.

Union Village is a new community under construction in Turtlecreek Township, Ohio.
