Performances Planned at Union Village Square
Family-friendly events are planned for summer 2021 at Union Village.
Music on Market Street is the fourth Friday of July, August and September, 5 to 8 p.m., at Union Village Square. The Square is a large lawn in front of the Center Building, 3855 Lower Market Street, Lebanon, Ohio 45036. Free street parking is available.
Jim Kelly will entertain guests with his acoustic music July 23. Bright Moments Trio will take the stage with jazz August 27 and acoustic duo Hit and Run will play September 24.
Union Village residents and visitors are invited to bring their lawn chairs or blankets to enjoy the music. The park includes a fenced-in playground for children and flavored ice will be available for purchase.
Union Village Square will also host The Community Church and Contagious Worship July 11 from 5 to 7 p.m. In addition to live music, an optional cookout meal can be purchased for $12 per person. The meal will include a grilled burger or hotdog, broccoli salad, potato salad and a cold beverage.
About Union Village
Union Village is a new community under construction in Turtlecreek Township, Ohio. The 1,230-acre, master-planned community is based on new urbanism, which includes principles such as walkability, sustainability and quality of life. The site’s town architect, Michael Watkins, earned the 2015 Urban Planning John Russell Pope Award for the Union Village master plan. The community will have a 200-acre greenway system of meadows, woodland parks and pathways connecting to Armco Park and the Warren County Sports Park.
