Warren County Ranked Among Nation's Healthiest Communities

Union Village is being built in one of the nation’s healthiest communities. U.S. News recently ranked Warren County, Ohio as No. 2 in Ohio and No. 86 in the entire country based on a number of health-related factors.

Based on the 10 Principles of New Urbanism, Union Village itself promotes a healthy lifestyle. The community is planned so that residents will be able to reach most daily needs within a 10-minute walk. The plan also calls for 200 acres of green space, including meadows, woodland parks and pathways that will connect to  Armco Park and Warren County Sports Park.
