Union Village Builders Prepare for Fall Open House
Union Village, a unique community under construction in Warren County, will host a “Harvest Homecoming” open house Oct. 23-25, 2020.
Visitors will have the opportunity to tour nine model homes and learn about the community, which is based on the 10 Principles of New Urbanism. Walkability, sustainability and quality architecture are some of the key features visitors will notice as they walk along a festive Allen Street, where single-family homes, townhomes and a 22,500-square-foot commercial building are under construction. Future residents of Union Village will have walkable access to several parks as well as shopping and dining.
The open house is free and open to the public Friday, Oct. 23 from 4 to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday noon to 5 p.m. Safety measures, including masks and social distancing, will be followed to prevent the spread of viruses. Union Village is located on State Route 741 just north of State Route 63, in Turtlecreek Township.
Interested homebuyers can also browse Union Village real estate online to see home plans available in the first phase of the development. Private showings are also available by calling or texting Union Village Realty (513) 325-1082.
Union Village is a 1,230-acre master planned community. The site’s town architect, Michael Watkins, earned the 2015 Urban Planning John Russell Pope Award for the Union Village master plan. The community will have a 200-acre greenway system of meadows, woodland parks and pathways connecting to Armco Park and the Warren County Sports Park.
