Union Village developers sat down with Dayton Daily News Reporter Larry Budd to share progress and unique aspects of the project.

Using new urbanist planning principles, Union Village includes efficient land use, a diversity of housing sizes and types in close proximity, combination of recreation, residential and commercial spaces, walkability, and a clear “sense of place” that builds on the area’s natural characteristics and historical architectural significance.

"This is something unlike anything else that is being offered in Cincinnati-Dayton right now," said John Yung, senior project executive at Urban Fast Forward.
