Progress Continues on Union Village Parks
Entering Union Village from Anderson Street, residents and visitors will see a fountain in a small park. This will be the focal point at the southern entrance for phase one of home construction, which will begin this fall.
At the town green, a playground is being installed near a large stage where musical performances and other entertainment will take place. The parks help create a “sense of place,” a hallmark of new urban development.
More than 25 percent of the development will be green space, including a 200-acre greenway system of meadows, woodland parks and pathways that will connect to Armco Park and the Warren County Sports Park.
Information about moving to Union Village, including builders and floor plans, will be released in the coming weeks. To get notified, please subscribe to our updates.
