Update: Union Village Becomes A Place to Call Home
After years of planning and a year of construction, Union Village has its first homebuyer. A family will take up residence in the brand-new community, soon.
According to Project Manager Matt Obringer, six houses are under construction, adding to 10 that are complete. New single-story homes add to the variety.
“Granted all the houses are different, they all still fit well together,” Obringer said. “They all come together to make a very special neighborhood.”
In addition to the single-family homes, seven townhomes are being painted.
Prospective buyers are invited to walk or drive through the neighborhood. Union Village Realty, 3855 Lower Market Street, is open throughout the week and Saturday and Sunday noon to 4 p.m. Private showings are available by calling (513) 409-3190.
