Update: Union Village Welcomes Prospective Homebuyers
With 13 homes completed or under construction, the team at Union Village has been welcoming prospective homebuyers. Project Manager Matt Obringer described what’s happening on site and how to find this unique community.
How to Get to Union Village
From I-75, take exit 29 and drive east on Ohio 63 for three miles. Turn north on Ohio 741 and travel one half-mile. Union Village will be visible on the east side.
How to View Union Village Homes
Online: interested homebuyers can view homes online, including completed homes, homes under construction and additional floor plans.
Open House: Union Village Realty is open during the week and Saturdays and Sundays, noon to 4 p.m. The welcome center entrance is located at the front of the Center Building, 3855 Lower Market Street, Lebanon, Ohio. Parking is available on either side of the street and in the rear of the building.

About Union Village
Union Village is a new community under construction in Turtlecreek Township, Ohio. Union Village is a 1,230-acre master planned community based on new urbanism, which includes principles such as walkability, sustainability and quality of life. The site’s town architect, Michael Watkins, earned the 2015 Urban Planning John Russell Pope Award for the Union Village master plan. The community will have a 200-acre greenway system of meadows, woodland parks and pathways connecting to Armco Park and the Warren County Sports Park.
