Private Showings Available at Union Village

As the first model home nears completion, Union Village Realty is reaching out to future neighbors interested in calling this unique community home. Private showings are happening now, following all recommended guidelines to prevent the spread of viruses.

Interested homebuyers are encouraged to browse Union Village real estate online to see the home plans for the initial Summer 2020 release. Homebuyers can also learn about the 10 Principles of New Urbanism, which set the development apart from every other in southwest Ohio.

To schedule a private showing, individuals should call or text (513) 325-1082. The following safety protocols will be followed:

·      One individual or couple will be permitted in the home at a time.

·      Masks will be worn by the realtor and visitors.

·      The realtor and visitors will maintain six feet of distance.

Construction of Union Village’s first homes, as well as a 22,500 square foot commercial building, began in January 2020. Town Architect Michael Watkins earned the 2015 Urban Planning John Russell Pope Award for the 1,230-acre Union Village master plan.
