Union Building will House Restaurant, Offices and More

Construction continues on the 22,500-square-foot Union Building, which is expected to be completed in the fall of 2020. The three-story building is designed to provide space for a restaurant, bank and corporate offices.

As the steel frame comes together, Union Village developers are planning for an independent restaurant to occupy 3,000 square feet. The space will offer indoor and outdoor seating and attract patrons from Warren County Sports Park at Union Village, opening in spring of 2020. The office space will accommodate about 75 people. 

Meanwhile, homebuilders have begun construction on Union Village’s first single family homes. Interested homebuyers should start by completing a brief questionnaire.
